Franciscan Resources has commissioned our Silversmith (Gary Broste) to exclusively hand craft our popular band ring using Alpaca Silver which gives a "slight-hint" of gold like coloring. [Lighter in color than the sample picture.] The end product is a beautiful band ring that is worn by men or women and is similar in appearance as a gold ring - without the price of gold. Alpaca silver is a common name for a metal alloy, a combination of metals - copper, nickel, zinc and/or cadmium. Alpaca is frequently used in jewelry. Its stainless finish makes it easy to clean, requiring only lemon juice or mild soap to remove any marks or tarnishing.
