Sis and I have been blest over the years with the friendship of Shirley Wanchena, SFO, SA; the founder of Pacem in Terris Hermitage and the Pacem in Terris Fraternity ~ within the Queen of Peace Region. With 'one prayer at a time' she has provided the world with a space of opportunity for individuals to pause during their Franciscan spiritual journey and become more aware of HIS many small miracles that help us get through each day.

Pacem in Terris, Peace on Earth, is a Franciscan Center of Spirituality Called to serve God's people through prayer and by providing the opportunity to retreat into the silence and solitude of a simple hermitage environment.
